- Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and in-person interactions - Answer customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner - Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records - Assist with order processing, including entering orders into the system and coordinating shipments - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any service-related concerns - Handle customer complaints or escalations with empathy and problem-solving skills - Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and proofreading documents - Coordinate projects and manage timelines to ensure timely completion
Qualifications:
